Seaton Avenue is situated in the busy community of Mutley Plain. The project provides temporary accommodation for 7 homeless men or women. Residents each have their own bedroom and share a communal kitchen, bathrooms, lounge and garden.

All utility bills are included in the weekly rent. One member of staff is based at the project from 9-5 daily and therefore this service offers the lowest level support for individuals with mental health needs.

Referrals can only be accepted from homeless individuals who’s main support need is finding alternative accommodation.
