This project is a detached built house providing shared accommodation for 3 residents and incorporating an additional self-contained flat for a 4th person.

All residents have their own bedroom as well as shared lounge/dinning room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. The project is close to all local amenities, such as shops and GP Surgery.

Staff are available everyday and for a short time at weekends. As residents pay for utilities such as gas, water and electric in with their rent, this project suits people who may have to develop their budgeting skills before moving on to independence.
