This project is a mid terraced house providing shared accommodation for 4 female residents.

The accommodation has individual bedrooms with communal lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom, toilet and garden. Support is provided over a 7 day period and is catered towards people with higher support needs in terms of gaining independent living skills.

Each individual will receive up to 20 hours a week support, focused around developing skills such as cooking, budgeting, shopping, attending appointments etc. All support is aimed at enabling people to gain the skills necessary for more independent accommodation in the future. There is currently no sleeping in staff and if this was needed in the short term for transition then the agency referring to Colebrook would need to secure funding for this.

Peverell Park Road is situated close to Central Park and has shops and a Post Office close by.
