This project is situated in the Greenbank area of Plymouth and can accommodate four people, each having their own bedroom, whilst sharing the kitchen, lounge, bathroom facilities and outside patio area. In addition, there is a staff office and utility bills are included in the weekly rent.

The house has convenient access to shops, post office and mental health resources. Staff are at the project for half a day during the week, enabling residents to be fully independent with the reassurance that staff can be available, if needed, at weekends making this one of our lowest supported models.
