Our Services - Drop Inn

Colebrook's Drop Inn Service

The Drop Inn is a supported accessible place for vulnerable people to meet and socialise.

During Opening Times

Members can drop in for a chat and socialise, play pool, darts and other games, get involved with cooking meals and then eat in the Drop Inn. Members and staff also organise events which may be sessions on living independently, or about different cultures. Sometimes there will be training or other times may be just about socialising. The Drop Inn will be open to members on:
  • Tuesday evenings 5.00pm – 8.45pm
  • Thursday evenings 5.00pm – 8.45pm
The Resource Room is also available for getting information on local events through leaflets and the local paper. There is also access to the internet for a small cost.

Drop Inn Staff

  • Are responsible for overseeing the general running of the Drop Inn
  • Are not there to replace your support worker, if members feel they need support they will be signposted to their keyworkers/link workers. Colebrook residents can also access the Out of Hours service.
  • Can help members to access information from the Resource room.

General Guidelines

There is no charge for tea and coffee, but donations are gratefully accepted and go back into the Drop Inn Budget.
