Our Partners

Partnership working is central to enabling and promoting social inclusion for disadvantaged groups and individuals. Colebrook is committed to working with all partners who share its ethos and belief that social inclusion is a right of all individuals.

We currently have links with over 400 statutory agencies, private / business sector, housing partners, community and voluntary sector partners. At regional and national level we are members of the following:

Locally we work with Westcountry Housing Association, Devon and Cornwall Housing Association, Western Challenge Housing Association, Saracen Housing Association, Plymouth City Council; as well as several agencies / individuals in accessing and providing housing.
