The project offers accommodation on three floors for 10 residents. Each person has a separate bedroom whilst all other facilities – bathroom, large kitchen, lounge and laundry room– are shared.

All rooms in the project are fully furnished and equipped. A resident controlled telephone door entry system is in operation, including CCTV for security. The staff office is situated on the first floor and support is available from 9-5pm weekdays and for a couple of hours at the weekend.

All utility bills are included in the rent and the project is situated near to the City centre and railway station. Referrals will be considered from men and women aged 18-65.

The accommodation is for up to two years and provides support to people with Mental Health needs to learn the necessary skills to move on independently.
