Duncan House is perfectly placed for those who prefer to avoid the busy pace of city life, whilst still retaining easy access to the essential amenities. This large listed building is situated in Saltash with regular buses into Plymouth. The property has a large garden with a pond, summerhouse and good views of the river Tamar.

The project accommodates 6 residents in self contained flats, each with all the necessary facilities, in addition to a large communal kitchen / lounge. Residents are responsible for paying their own utility bills which allows them to achieve greater independence. Referrals are accepted from men and women over the age of 18 who suffer from severe and enduring mental health problems. The project is staffed for a large proportion of the day and at weekends so we can cater for those with a wide range of support needs. Priority is given to those who come from Cornwall.
