Amity Place provides purpose built accommodation for 7 adults. It is situated in the Greenbank area with easy access to local amenities and other resources for those with mental health problems.

Each resident has their own self contained flat comprising a bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom and is responsible for their own utility bills. Communal areas include a lounge, kitchen, laundry and attractive courtyard, enabling residents to mix together, whilst retaining the independence of their own tenancy.

Amity Place specialises in working with clients with high support needs. Referrals will be considered from men and women aged 18-65 who suffer severe and enduring mental health problems.

The project is staffed all day during the week and half days at weekends. As this is a popular model of independent living and the service offers a five year stay.
