Outreach Support Worker (Full and Part time) £7.50 per hour
To provide user led support to people with a range of support needs. This is a community post supporting people in an outreach setting or in their own homes. We welcome applications from candidates with a wealth of support experience but are currently underrepresented by staff with experience of domiciliary care needs. Come and join a new and exciting team and be a part of its rapid development. There is an additional payment for waking nights and sleep-ins.
