Management Committee
The voluntary Management Committee has a broad membership, including clients, who ensure effective governance of Colebrook Housing Society. The Management Committee meets 8-10 times a year and the Annual General Meeting is held in September of each year.

Gary Sargent - Chair
Gary works at the Glenbourne Acute Mental Health Unit. Prior to that, he was part of the Plymouth Supporting People Team. He has been an active member of the Colebrook Committee for the last five years. |

Jackie Seymour – Vice Chair
Jackie Seymour joined the Committee in January 2009. She has 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, and is currently the HR Advisor at University College Plymouth St Mark and St John. |

Margaret Garcia – Company Secretary
Margaret Garcia joined the Committee at the end of 2008. She manages a hotel in the city for the Accor Group. |

Trevor Paul – Committee Member
Trevor has been involved since July 2001 and until recently held the position of Chair for five years. He is the Lead Manager of Community Therapy Services, Learning Disability Service at Scott Business Park. Therefore Trevor is able to bring much experience to the Management Committee and the Society. |

Lynne Lang – Committee Member
Lynne became a Committee member in March 2000 and until recently held the position of Vice Chair for many years. Lynne owns a business management company and is a director of a recruitment company. |

Mike Tozer – Co-optee
Mike is a Director of Yourway, a private provider that offers people with a learning disability a range of services including supported living, short breaks and enabling. Prior to this he had been with the DOVE Project as their Supported Living Manager. |

John Miskelly – Committee Member
John is a carer. He served for 30 years with Surrey Police before retiring to accommodate his carers duties. He joined the management group in 2010. |

Jonathan Hammond - Committee Member
In addition to his involvement with Colebrook, Jonathan is a member of the Plymouth Fostering Panel, an independent Care Quality Consultant and Chair of a local charity supporting community projects. He has over thirty years experience working with young people and young adults. |

Paul Williams - Committee Member
Legal professional/administrator. Worked extensively in Voluntary, Public, Private and Commercial Sectors (including Citizens Advice Bureau, Age Concern and County Courts legal representation) plus considerable background over many years in Voluntary work as Trustee, etc – numerous Organisations/Charities. Created/ran own registered charity for some years providing specialist transport/advice for disabled or elderly individuals/groups. Qualified, experienced Litigator/Counsellor/Mediator. Particular knowledge/interest in disability issues. |

Tom Rickman – Committee Member
Tom runs a leisure and adventure sports business in Plymouth |
